Pam Jackson – Executive Director of Advancement, River Campus Libraries, University of Rochester
What do you do when you ask a donor or prospect to support your initiative, and they say no? Do you stumble? Do you simply thank them and walk away? Or do you see this as an opportunity? In fundraising, no often means not now. This workshop is designed to give gift officers, deans and others strategies for successfully pivoting a gift conversation when this occurs. It includes opportunities to implement and practice the ideas and strategies discussed.
